We are looking for a Project Manager I to join our Marketing Operations team. Reporting to the Manager of Project Management, this role is responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of web development projects. They will work with a team of web developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
This position is 100% remote, work from home.

ABOUT THIS TEAM
The Marketing Operations team is responsible for optimizing and streamlining the processes, systems, and technologies that support marketing initiatives. They play a key role in ensuring that campaigns are executed efficiently, data is accurately tracked, and performance is analyzed to drive better decision-making. This team works cross-functionally and with several teams to manage marketing automation platforms, customer data, analytics, and reporting systems. Their focus is on improving workflow, enhancing the customer experience, and maximizing the effectiveness of marketing programs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Day-to-day management and smooth operation of various website development, digital marketing, and IT projects
- Provide end-to-end project management for digital projects using web-based systems
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress
- Create and manage Jira tickets for projects
- Manage assigned project teams to ensure timelines and specifications are being met
- Schedule reviews of project deliverables and lead discussions, as well as provide feedback and solicit specific feedback from tech leads and other team members
- Understand the roles of individual stakeholders and efficiently oversee meetings, presentations, and related tasks with clear agendas, actions, and outcomes
- Ensure projects are planned appropriately align with sprint schedules
- Conduct team discovery meetings and analyze team requirements to develop business requirements documents for the target website
- Assist with other analysis deliverables such as wireframes, page mockups and site hierarchies that reflect the business requirements, while adhering to Agile workflows and support A/B testing and deliverables
- Conduct system testing based on the documented project requirements
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in web development project management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong collaboration and solid problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Jira project management software or any other ticket management platform
- Proficient in managing schedules, deadlines, and multiple tasks while keeping deliverables on track
- Knowledge of web development methodologies and best practices
