We are looking for an SEO Lead to join our SEO team at BOLD Poland. This role will be responsible for launching and leading the SEO performance of new international portals around the world, using our in-house Programmatic SEO solutions, discovering, adapting and building new ones — including in languages you may not speak yourself. Additionally, this role will work closely with other SEO leaders and partner with teams such as Product, Design/UX, Content, Engineering, Customer Support, to develop our SEO strategy, and deliver business growth via SEO. This role is also responsible for SEO budgeting and forecasting, preparing and reporting management information, and potentially working with some external agencies and contractors.
Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Launch new SEO portals targeting various markets around the world to build SEO traffic from new countries and languages — including languages you don’t speak yourself.
- Use our in-house Programmatic SEO solutions and proactively develop them or build new solutions from scratch.
- Work independently with only Web/Tech support.
- Troubleshoot and solve SEO traffic and ranking problems, including dealing with major Google algorithm changes and shifts in the competitor landscape.
- Establish clear performance indicators and deliver leadership updates.
- Forecast and plan market expansion.
- Come up with new business strategies and ideas for SEO to generate revenue, including planning and execution.
- Closely collaborate with Product teams to improve the conversion rates for organic traffic and make sure that SEO/Marketing efforts and Product efforts are aligned.
- Work closely with other partner teams from the US, Puerto Rico, India, and Poland, such as Design/UX, Content, Engineering, Customer Support, to maximize positive impact for the business.
- Plan and deliver SEO portal redesigns, migrations, overhauls, and new launches.
- Proactively provide analytics and key findings for the team and company as a whole.
- Work with external agencies and contractors.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Experience of min. 5 years in an SEO job, including minimum of 3 years doing SEO globally — for multiple portals in multiple languages at the same time, ideally in a B2C SaaS environment.
- Experience in using and building Programmatic SEO solutions, SEO automation, generative AI for SEO, and related technologies.
- Be a fast learner on new market requirements and SEO differences between them.
- Experience in growing, troubleshooting, and solving SEO performance issues for multiple portals simultaneously.
- Experience in working with Product, Engineering, Design/UX, Content teams, and other business units and stakeholders to deliver business growth and high-impact projects.
- Proven track record of taking ownership, thinking strategically, and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of web design principles and technologies, and their SEO implications.
- Good SEO analytics skills, forecasting & budgeting skills.
- SEO A/B testing experience.
- Results-driven and data-driven.
- Getting things done attitude: know how to get things done even if it requires finding a new or way around, prioritize well, be ready to be hands-on as this role requires a lot of it.
- Open, flexible, with good communication skills and teamwork skills.
- Experience in working in an international environment, operating effectively within different cultures and backgrounds.
- Excellent English. Additional INTL language knowledge (at any level) will be a big plus (preferably Japanese / Dutch / Swedish / Norwegian / Danish / Finnish).
WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE
- Degree in a relevant or related field (Marketing, Business Administration; Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics).
- Previous practical experience in technological or analytical roles.
- The more additional INTL languages you know, the better. We are looking for people who either know INTL languages or are comfortable working with languages they don’t speak themselves.
- Previous work experience in the Career and Jobs space.

How do we work?
- Execute and develop the global SEO strategy of our portals and products.
- Collaborate on quarterly plans and long-term SEO strategy with SEO leaders, as well as other Marketing and Business leaders.
- Work closely and partner with teams from the US, Puerto Rico, India, and Poland, such as Product, Design/UX, Content, Engineering, Customer Support, to plan, organize and manage cross-team collaboration & shared projects aimed at maximizing business growth.
- Create and optimize SEO, UX, content of our portals and products.
- Monitor SEO performance and constantly look for opportunities to scale organic traffic and sales.
- Own our SEO traffic and revenue goals.
- Each quarter, set team and individual OKRTs, to grow our SEO performance and track progress against monthly goals and the yearly budget.
- Every 6 months, during the performance review, discuss the two previous quarters and evaluate not only our work but also the work of our leaders.
