We are seeking an experienced Product Manager (Marketing & LTV) to own the day-to-day optimizations, improvements, and revenue-driving growth initiatives for a large website that provides job seekers with the tools they need to successfully navigate the job searching process. This is a key, high-impact role for BOLD.

 

Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Work with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Email, and Retention teams to plan, build, and launch high-quality job-seeking experiences and relentlessly optimize them through A/B testing.
  • Work cross-collaboratively between marketing, product, email, and retention teams to Ideate, prioritize, plan, and execute A/B funnel acquisition tests, email win-back tests, and engagement tests aimed at driving LTV.
  • Work collaboratively with research, business analytics, and data science to draw insights from data analysis, competitive analysis, and user research.
  • Drive requirements and write user stories, help organize sprints, and participate in process improvements.
  • Serve as point-person on projects to clarify business requirements and UX strategy to IT, and ultimately be responsible for user acceptance testing.
  • Regularly meet to keep ELT and teams informed on project status.
  • Be the voice of the consumer and a champion for them.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Experience working as a Product Marketer and or a Product Manager who has deep expertise working cross-collaboratively with Marketing teams.
  • Understand acquisition funnel optimization tactics and how to identify and prioritize features.
  • Understand user engagement patterns and how they drive LTV.
  • Approximately 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, or Product Growth Manager, or Product Marketing Manager (or a combination of these roles) with a consumer-facing internet product.
  • A proven track record of working cross-departmentally to align on goals, objectives, and outcomes.
  • Experience using the Build Measure Learn (BML) approach to agile project development.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to balance data-driven decision-making with the need to move fast and iterate.
  • Experience building consumer-facing web products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development, and launches.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership, thinking strategically, and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • We offer fully flexible working time; however, for this position, we will also require you to participate in meetings with the US team 3-4 times a week, around 5-8 PM CET. That's why it's a perfect position for night owls and people who like to start their day a little later.

 

WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE

  • Experience with A/B testing acquisition funnels, onboarding flows, or other multi-step funnels.
  • Experience working in globally distributed teams. 
  • Experience with generative and evaluative user research and product innovation practices.

Salary Range

12 000 - 14 000 PLN gross

This position is 100% remote, work from home. You must live in Poland or be willing to relocate to Poland to be considered for this role.
