ABOUT THIS TEAM
The Content team’s main responsibility is writing digital marketing content across BOLD properties. Using the power of words, we create SEO optimized content into brand stories, building relationships with job seekers around the world. From company descriptions to long-form articles, the Content team provides job seekers with support across the job search process ensuring a safe and successful experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the execution of content that aligns with business goals, target audience preferences, and overall marketing objectives
- Direct audience research and competitor analysis, leveraging insights to shape content strategy and inform high-level decisions
- Manage the development of compelling content across various platforms, ensuring it aligns with strategic objectives and meets audience needs
- Review and approve content for clarity, grammar, style, and overall quality, ensuring all deliverables meet brand and business expectations
- Ensure SEO best practices are implemented in content to optimize search engine visibility and rankings
- Ensure Expertise, Experience, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (E-E-A-T) are integrated into content creation processes
- Act as a liaison between teams and collaborate with writers, designers, social media, and subject matter experts to produce and amplify cohesive and impactful content
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- 10+ years content marketing experience
- 5+ years of experience leading a content team, with a proven ability to coach, mentor, and provide clear feedback
- 5+ years of recent experience optimizing content for SEO and user experience
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to structure content for maximum audience impact
- Proficiency with WordPress, Jira, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
- A solid sense of design and formatting to enhance content's visual delivery across platforms
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage the productivity of others
- Experience in career counseling, advising, HR, or related employment fields
- Project management experience and the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders effectively

Starting Pay Range
PAY TRANSPARENCY
Individual pay is based on location, transferable skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This estimated range is based on the best available market data and factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for a bonus and medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays, all subject to applicable plan terms.
