We are seeking a Product Manager (Retention) to join our product team at BOLD, focusing on the post-purchase experience to help job seekers maximize their job search and applications through the enhancement of the user experience and the discovery of our various features.
Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work with Product Management partners alongside Engineering, Localization, Analytics, and UX Design teams to assist in planning and launching high-quality resume-building experiences.
- Identify improvements and opportunities while compiling and prioritizing ideas into a roadmap.
- Understand the competitive environment, and customers, and develop an understanding of the features that drive engagement.
- Document requirements and co-work on the design of new features and enhancements.
- Refine the product backlog, conduct user acceptance testing, and report issues.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to analyze metrics that inform the success of products and build data knowledge along the way.
- Report on initiative success and follow-up plans.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 2-3 years of professional working experience as a product manager or related field.
- Ability to create and own a roadmap to execute upon.
- Excellent English skills.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or Agile methodology software.
- An understanding of research and analytical insights to help develop new ideas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent collaboration and team-building skills.
- Strong understanding of the Internet, web trends, and emerging web technologies.
- Strong organizational skills.
- We offer fully flexible working time; however, for this position, we will also require you to participate in meetings with the US team 3 times a week, around 5-7 PM CET. That's why it's a perfect position for night owls and people who like to start their day a little later.
WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Technology related field.
- Experience with B2C products.
- Experience working with international teams.
