We are looking for an SEO Program Manager for Italy to join our SEO team at BOLD Poland. This role is to manage the SEO strategy and execution of our Italy SEO portals LiveCareer Italy and Zety Italy.
SEO Program Manager owns and leads cross-team collaboration between SEO and any partner teams: Content, Design, Product, Engineering, Digital PR, etc., needed for the SEO performance and growth of our SEO traffic, subs, and revenue from the Italian market.
Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Collaborate on quarterly plans and long-term strategy with the Manager, SEO.
- Collaborate closely with the Lead, Content Specialists, and Editor of the Italian Content Team to maximize traffic and sales growth from SEO.
- Participate in and contribute to planning two-week sprints with the Italian Content Team.
- Delegate the creation and optimization of content for blog posts and landing pages, as well as contribute to creating content for SEO pages and related products, services, and channels if necessary.
- Plan work for cross-functional teams and execute the strategy set.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders, including development, UI, product, promotions, and business.
- Closely monitor site performance and look for opportunities to gain more traffic and sales.
- Aid in the development of content marketing campaigns.
- Create and automate reporting.
- Own traffic and revenue objectives for 2 sites (Zety.it & Livecareer.it).
- Keep up to date with SEO trends and practices, plan and strategize ahead of the competition and search engine evolutions.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Proven track record of designing and executing SEO and content strategy.
- Strong skills in SEO tools such as those listed above and the ability to turn data into action.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams and liaising between stakeholders such as product, content, promotions, UI, and development.
- Strong analytical skills and love for numbers, sheets, and trackers.
- Ability to set up processes, track progress, and automate reporting.
- Project management skills that will help you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Native-level skills in the Italian language.
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (at least C1 level).

- Experience coding, knowledge of statistics, and data analysis tools.
- Background in product management or technical SEO.
- Know-how of A/B testing processes and tools.
- Roots in content marketing.

How do we work?
- Execute and develop the global SEO strategy of our portals and products.
- Collaborate on quarterly plans and long-term SEO strategy with SEO leaders, as well as other Marketing and Business leaders.
- Work closely and partner with teams from the US, Puerto Rico, India, and Poland, such as Product, Design/UX, Content, Engineering, and Customer Support, to plan, organize, and manage cross-team collaboration & shared projects aimed at maximizing business growth.
- Create and optimize SEO, UX, and content of our portals and products.
- Monitor SEO performance and constantly look for opportunities to scale organic traffic and sales.
- Own our SEO traffic and revenue goals.
- Each quarter, set team and individual OKRTs, to grow our SEO performance and track progress against monthly goals and the yearly budget.
- Every 6 months, during the performance review, discuss the two previous quarters and evaluate not only our work but also the work of our leaders.
